Posted on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 8:56 AM

The Obama Administration has announced that the 2015 White House Conference on Aging (WHCOA) will take place on July 13. Tickets for in-person attendance are extremely limited; however, everyone will be able to participate in the conference virtually through a webcast. Organizations and individuals are encouraged to submit questions on Twitter using the hashtag: #WHCOA. NAHC and the Leadership Council for Aging Organizations recently submitted recommendations to the Administration for topics to include in the WHCOA discussion. Click here to see them. Additionally, the Administration is engaging the public through its White House Conference Aging website. The website includes information about the WHCOA and policy briefs covering different issue areas, including retirement security, health aging, long-term services and supports, and Elder justice.
