Ms. Simons is a seasoned executive search consultant with over ten years experience in retained executive recruiting and consulting project management. She is experienced in all aspects of the retained recruitment process. Carolyn has developed organizational, candidate and position profiles, formulated recruitment campaigns in target markets, interviewed and selected top candidates, conducted reference and background checks and aided clients in their final selection process.
Carolyn works closely with clients to understand their organizations and to find the executive with the right mix of skills, experience and cultural compatibility to lead their business in today's rapidly changing healthcare environment. Carolyn has performed national, regional and local executive searches, and she has successfully recruited a wide variety of executive level positions. Carolyn has recruited President/CEOs for large, integrated delivery health systems, COOs, CFOs, Vice Presidents and Executive Directors for multi-million dollar regional delivery networks, hospital-based home care providers and freestanding agencies.
