Strategic Partners
At TCG, we believe aligning with other organizations that add value to our products and services while offering innovative and creative solutions for our clients. TCG has created strategic partnerships with the following companies:
Founded in 1996, Hospice Pharmacia (HP), was the first pharmacy to focus on the appropriate use of medication, to offer access to medication management and utilization information using a web-based application (Xeris), and to share-risk for the cost of medication using a per diem model. HP is the market leader in pharmaceutical care for hospice, providing expert medication consultation and pharmaceutical distribution services. Specialized pharmacists and technicians staff three virtually seamless state-of-the-art care centers and respond to pharmaceutical care inquiries from patients, nurses, and physicians around the clock. By combining technology and clinical expertise, excelleRx ensures optimal and cost appropriate use of medication and enhances quality of life.
HospiScript Services, LLC, founded in 1995, is a Montgomery, Alabama-based Prescription Benefits Manager focusing exclusively on the needs of the hospice industry. The company offers a complete support system tailored to help hospices better focus on the ultimate goal of improving end-of-life patient care. HospiScript’s plan features and benefits include: reduced pharmaceutical and administrative expenses, custom dispensing parameters, access to hospice-trained pharmacist consultation, online reporting for pharmaceutical expenses and utilization patterns, and powerful educational resources for nurses, pharmacists and hospice administrators.
