NAHC and its affiliates, the Home Care & Hospice Financial Managers Association (HHFMA) and the Hospice Association of America have released a palliative care whitepaper. The whitepaper explores models of care and reimbursement for home health and hospice organizations, and is intended to share concepts and experiences for providers who seek to develop their own PC program. The whitepaper is also a comprehensive resource that addresses everything an organization needs to consider related to palliative care.
