Return Conditions for Corridor Products
Defective Merchandise may be returned for replacement. Custom/personalized-manufactured merchandise that has product defects due to our error may be returned for replacement within 14 days of purchase. Your new personalized product will be shipped within 7 business days after TCG receives your returned merchandise. Contact us at 913-362-0600 for a return authorization and shipping instructions prior to returning merchandise.
Non-Returnable Conditions for Corridor Products
- Any opened item.
- All custom/personalized-manufactured merchandise (SALES ARE FINAL)
- Downloadable software products or CDs that have been opened/taken out of original packaging.
- Forms manuals or Toolkits that have been opened/taken out of original packaging.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
