OASIS Competency Tool
This comprehensive packet is designed to help you evaluate your staff’s OASIS knowledge and improve their critical thinking skills. Included are: a 10 question pre-test and a 30 question post-test. All content is provided on CD, allowing your agency to print as many copies of the assessment tests as you need. Questions will help your staff improve the accuracy of your OASIS data, the consistency of their responses and your patient and financial outcomes.
This testing tool is divided into three parts:
- Part 1: Technical Knowledge
- Part 2: Clinical Domain Knowledge
- Part 3: Functional & Service Domain Knowledge
A pre-education test, a post-education test and two answer keys are provided with each complete OASIS Assessment packet.
