OASIS Competency Tool
This comprehensive packet is designed to help you evaluate your staff’s OASIS knowledge and improve their critical thinking skills. Included are: a 102 question Pre-Test, a 30 question Post-Test and a Plan of Care Audit Tool. All content is provided on CD-ROM, allowing your agency to print as many copies of the assessment tests and audit tools as you need. Our questions will help your staff improve the accuracy of your OASIS data, the consistency of their responses and your patient and financial outcomes.
