Administrator Certificate Programs
TCG is the leader in education for home care and hospice administrators. In collaboration with state and national trade associations, TCG has developed comprehensive training courses for administrators and senior managers. These three-day programs are offered at basic and advanced levels.
Two options are offered:
- Administrator Certificate Program Onsite
TCG will bring the complete program to your organization! This is a very cost-effective alternative for organizations with 25 or more managers and administrators. Contact us to learn more.
- Attend an Administrator Certificate Program at a select location.

Administrator Certificate Program Information
Entry Level Administrator Certificate Programs: Address core competencies required of entry level home care and hospice administrators and senior managers with less than three years experience.
Advanced Administrator Certificate Programs: Utilizes a case study approach for home care and hospice administrators and senior managers with a minimum of three years experience.
Program Goals
The goal of each Administrator Certificate Program (ACP) is to provide a supportive learning environment for administrators and senior managers, and with a specific focus on provider types. By attending the appropriate ACP for your provider type, you will be able to advance your skills and knowledge base. Specifically, the ACP will strengthen your competencies to position your organization for success and help you integrate the complexities of quality, compliance, financial and strategic performance.
Content
Each ACP is a three-module curriculum, with interactive discussions, didactic presentations and reality-based case studies. Each participant receives a comprehensive manual that is a must-have resource for years to come.
- Module I focuses on leading a strategically positioned organization.
- Module II focuses on financial management principals and information.
- Module III focuses on integrating quality and compliance management.
Administrator Certificates of Completion and
Continuing Education Units
Each course includes a pre-test taken prior to the course, and a post-test taken at the end of day three. The post-test requires at least an 80% pass rate to receive an Administrator Certificate of Completion. All participants will receive 18 - 20 CEUs for full attendance.
Administrator Certificates of Completion are framed and mailed upon successful completion of the post-test
