52 Bipartisan Representatives Cosponsor the Home Health Care Planning Improvement Act, Allowing NPs to Sign Home Health Plans of Care

NAHC announced that 52 Bipartisan Senators have cosponsored the Home Health Care Planning Improvement Act (S. 578), allowing non-physician practitioners to sign home health plans of care.
The following Senators recently cosponsored the legislation:
• Senator Patty Murray (D-WA)
• Senator Steve Daines (R-MT)
